The new, fully integrated and modularly expandable exhaust air treatment system offers a unique combination of effective, complete exhaust air treatment and minimum space requirements, because the Monforts engineers have integrated the KMA Umwelttechnik exhaust air treatment system so cleverly into the stenter construction that costly supporting structures and time-consuming piping are completely superfluous. The system is located on the last treatment field and above the delivery track for maximum space saving. The combination of the Monforts solutions to reduce the leak air rate and the supply of preheated fresh air to the gas burner opens up new, previously unknown and lucrative energy-saving potentials.

With the MonforClean system, Monforts offers you an exhaust air treatment strategy geared to your processes and requirements. With integrated modules for air/air or air/water cross-flow heat exchangers, electric filters with fully automatic cleaning or with a UV light module to eliminate undesirable odours, we are ideally positioned to meet your requirements.
